10 Medjool dates, pitted

½ cup pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon matcha (optional)

Hemp seeds (for rolling)

Directions

Add dates, pistachios, shredded coconut, pepitas, vanilla extract, water, and matcha (if using) to a food processor.
