280g Self-raising flour

270g Plain Greek yogurt (low-fat, high-protein)

2.5 tsp Baking powder

Pinch of salt

60g Bacon (pre-cooked and chopped)

60g Light shredded cheese (reduced-fat mozzarella or tasty cheese)

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F), fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Prepare the Dough

In a large bowl, mix the self-raising flour, baking powder (if using), and a pinch of salt.

Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, sprinkle in a little extra flour.
