Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons pizza dough

  • 6 cubes cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. Divide the pizza dough into 6 balls.

  3. Flatten each dough ball and place one cube of cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese and seal it tightly.

  4. Place the dough balls in a well-buttered mini muffin tin.

  5. Place another buttered mini muffin tin on top so each dough ball rests in a round dome shape.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes until the dough turns golden brown.

  7. Gently remove the top muffin tin and let the balls cool before handling.

  8. Serve the baked cheese balls on a stick, if desired, and enjoy!
