Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • 10 ounces hummus

  • 1 cup cucumber (diced)

  • 1 cup tomatoes (diced, seeds removed)

  • ½ cup Kalamata olives (pitted and diced)

  • 4 ounces feta cheese (crumbled)

  • ¼ cup green onions (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons parsley or dill (for garnish, optional)

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat together cream cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and sea salt until smooth.

  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of your serving dish (a glass pie dish or bowl works great).

  3. Layer the hummus evenly over the cream cheese.

  4. Evenly add the diced cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, feta, and green onions on top of the hummus.
